Electronic Registration Form and Payment
Instructions:
- Have both the Team Manager and Captain complete submit the registration form. If there are issues viewing the Google Form and Paypal buttons below, disable your adblocker temporary for this page.
- If you have selected "Check" as payment, then make the check payable to “SD Alliance for APIAs”. Mail the check to SD Alliance for APIAs, 8650 Genesee Ave, Suite 214, #927263, San Diego, CA 92192.
- If you have selected "Paypal" as payment, scroll further down after submitting the form on this page for Paypal options.

Instructions:
1. Choose your division and whether or not if your team will have a practice from the respective drop down choices. Be consistent with your choices from your registration form.
2. Click the Pay Now button. Paypal will appear in a new browser page.
3. Please enter your team name in the memo so we can associate the payment to the team.
3. Repeat as needed for additional division entries.
